A professional geologist with a multi-commodity background in mineral exploration, resource evaluation and business development. Joseph has over 28 years’ experience in the minerals industry, with direct exposure to coal, diamonds, gold and base metals. His areas of expertise include mining geology, exploration geology, geological modelling, mineral resource estimation and reporting, resource evaluation and QAQC auditing.  Joseph also specialises in the planning and supervision of exploration drilling programs, quality assurance and quality control protocols, geological, evaluations of the geological and resource modelling, independent technical reports and competent persons reports. Joseph is a member of the South African Geological Society, Geological Society of Zimbabwe and registered with the South African Council for Natural and Scientific Professions (SACNASP). He has sufficient experience, which is relevant to most styles of mineralisation and types of deposits and thus qualifies as a Competent Person as defined in the 2007 Edition as amended July 2009 SAMREC Code. He holds a Degree in Geology from the University of Zimbabwe and Master’s Degree in Exploration Geology from Rhodes University.
